Customer Satisfaction

At Rothman & Co. - Fresh Linens, we stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For online purchasing, our shipments are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our store, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

Returns and Exchanges

Rothman & Co. - Fresh Linens will accept merchandise returns for most Standard Delivery and in store items within 7 days of purchase or delivery and issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid receipt. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip. After 7 days of purchase or delivery we will issue a store credit only. After 30 days Rothman & Co. cannot accept any returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects. Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by mail or in person at the store on 3301 West Broadway, Vancouver BC, Canada. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Merchandise must be returned in original condition and packaging. There may be a 10% restocking fee on opened packages or larger items at the discretion of Rothman & Co. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with the items to be returned. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Store returns without a receipt require a valid photo ID.

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another card and mailed to your billing address.

To return an item by mail please email customercare@rothmanandco.com or call us at 604 731-2700 or 1 877 8 LINENS and we will send you a return label with all of the proper shipping instructions. The cost of shipping on any items returned to Rothman & Co. will be paid by the customer.

Guidelines & Policies

Rothman & Co. is committed to the highest standards of hygiene and we therefore cannot accept returns on duvets, pillows, mattress protectors, toppers or featherbeds.

Furniture Collection Return/Exchange Policy

At Rothman & Co. - Fresh Linens, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our store. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacturing, please contact us at 604 731-2700 during business hours within 7 days. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply.

We do not accept Returns in any Special Orders.
